The Summer Formal will feature an exciting awards ceremony, with both pre-selected honors for the Law and Mooting Society and fun, on-the-day voting awards such as Best Dressed. Your ticket includes entry to the venue—including outdoor spaces—access to all activities, and delicious food. A bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available separately.
The dress code is black tie formal.
Join us at Blackfriars Priory, Ladybellegate Street, GL1 2HN. Doors open at 7 PM and the evening will wrap up at midnight. We can’t wait to see you there!
Event policies
We suggest that you take public transport, car share or walk to the venue. If this isn’t possible, Blackfriars Priory is situated in the middle of the town centre. Directly outside Blackfriars there are pay & display car parks, a council car park and an NCP car park, plus a number of other city centre car parks, such as Gloucester Quays and Westgate Street Car Park & Coach Park.
There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
The bar cut off time for evening functions is 00:00. Last orders will be called at 23:40.
