Fancy getting active without the pressure of joining a team or knowing all the rules? PIC 'N' MIX PLAY is a relaxed, social sports session where you can try a little bit of everything!
Drop into the Arena and pick and choose from a mix of short, beginner-friendly sports, games and activities. Have a go at whatever takes your fancy, try something completely new, or just come along for a bit of fun with friends.
No experience or sporting ability is needed, the focus is simply onhaving fun, meeting new people and getting moving
