An exciting and relaxed introduction to the game of volleyball for those that haven't played and some relaxed alternatives for those with some experience . With 3 variations on the traditional game for any skill level.
1- Inflateable Volleyball
the traditional game played with a beach ball to get an idea of the games rules at a slower pace
2- Sitting Volleyball
how well can you play with limited movement? a great way to strengthen technique
3- Blind Volleyball
a big part of the game is watching the other team but what if you played without that? Using a sheet to cover up the other side of the net to block the view how does that change your game?
